CPC - LCD10004V | Coupling Body | Chrome-plated brass | 1/4" NPT Pipe Thread
The LCD10004V coupling, with shut-off valve and a 1/4" NPT thread (conical, self-sealing) from CPC, is the tank side coupling for screwing in. The integrated VITON seal (FKM) makes the LCD10004V suitable for use in connection with fuel.

Installation recommendation for the CPC quick couplings:
- Lubricate the coupling threads with Loctite 243
- Screw the coupling into the threads of the tank plate by hand
- Tighten ½ to ¾ turn with a wrench
Keep in mind that:
After mounting, 2-3 turns of thread of the coupling are still visible above the tank plate, this is normal as the coupling has a conical thread and the thread in the tank plate is cylindrical.
Wait a day for the Loctite to set before filling the tank.
