When do I receive my order?
As soon as the order and payment have been received by us, your order will be shipped with DPD, UPS or PostNL. Goods are then normally offered the next working day (only valid for the Netherlands)
Do you also supply other products or quantities that are not in the webshop?
If you cannot find your desired product in our webshop, please contact our sales team via [email protected], they will be happy to help you.
How can I return my item?
It is possible to return goods that you have not used or that you have ordered incorrectly, as long as they are still in their original condition. We will then reimburse 100% of the purchase price of the returned products. You will then receive the amount refunded to your account within 10 working days. When returning, please enclose a copy of the invoice or invoice number, stating your name and address and bank details (IBAN). The shipping and handling costs will not be refunded and you must take care of the return yourself. You must pay the shipping costs yourself.
