This assortment box contains 105 Stainless steel worm gear hose clamps in 304 stainless steel (W4/1.4301).
This means that both the housing and the band are made of 1.4301 stainless steel.
304 stainless steel is resistant to common influences such as water, mild acids/bases, and most household chemicals, making it ideal for kitchens, furniture, and general indoor and outdoor construction in natural environments. However, it is not resistant to strong acids, saltwater (chlorides), or aggressive industrial pollution, for which 316 stainless steel is the better choice.
The clamping range of the clamps in this assortment box is from 8 mm to 50 mm.
