The IQ-Parts V-Profile band clamp Type SVSPR is one of the variants from the V-Profile series from IQ-Parts. The Type SVSPR features a tiltable locking mechanism, making assembly even faster and easier.

The IQ-Parts V-profile band clamps are reliable and time-saving connecting elements for industrial and automotive use. They are made to customer requirements and can be supplied with different profiles, belt widths and closure types.

The V-profile band clamps Type SVSPR can be ordered in any other desired diameter. Look for the minimum diameter and for the technical details in the PDF file below before ordering.

You use this 1-piece version for small inner profile diameters and if you can slide the clamp around the tube, because the clamp can only be bent open to a limited extent.

We also offer a 2-piece clamp with 2 segments. This has a hinge and is available for inner profile diameters from 200 mm to 500 mm.

Product method:

The method of the profile clamp is based on the principle of an inclined plane. This exerts circumferential force on the profile segments when the locking bolt is tightened. By means of the profile, the two halves of the flange are pressed against each other. The circumferential force applied is converted into a significantly higher axial force.

IQ-Parts V Profile Band Clamps are quick coupling elements for flanges and are an economical alternative to conventional bolted flange connections.
