IQ-Parts 19 mm Ear-Lock Buckles AISI 304
For 19 mm (3/4") wide Clamping Band.
These Ear-Lock Buckles are used to clamp the tensioned stainless steel strapping. These banding buckles are widely used in power industry, telecommunications, road construction, aviation, military industry, food industry and coal mining.
They are made of stainless steel that is resistant to corrosion, UV radiation and harsh weather conditions. They are also resistant to mechanical factors such as vibrations and high loads. High quality and precise manufacturing of the banding buckles allow for convenient band installation without damage.
They are well in urban and industrial environments with moderate pollution. They are suitable for indoor and outdoor locations exposed to the presence of chlorides. Thanks to a wide variety of sizes, the Buckles can be perfectly matched to all types and sizes of our bands.

Stainless steel 304 quality is almost comparable to stainless steel 316 (W5). It contains less nickel, which makes it cheaper, is slightly less resistant to corrosion but stronger dan W4.
For use in the food industry, chemical equipment and nuclear power, we recommend the W5 grade. The alloy can oxidize quickly, but will not rust through.
