Breeze Make a Clamp Box 4003
With this Make-a-Clamp set you always make a high-quality custom clamp. By simply cutting a length of clamping tape from the roll, you can make any size 100% stainless steel hose clamp from 76 mm to 3,000 mm in diameter in just 15 seconds.
MAKE A CLAMP:
Cut the clamp band to size at the height of the round holes, connect the Quadra-Lock worm screw housing to one side of the band and the perforated worm screw band to the other end of the band.Insert the worm screw band into the housing and tighten the clamp to the desired tension.
It is a must for every mechanic to have a Make-a-Clamp set in his car.
Each Make-a-Clamp set is composed differently, but generally consists of 4 parts:
Clamp band:
- ½” (12.7mm) wide
- W4 (stainless steel 304) quality
- Safety edge
- Various lengths
Adjustable Fasteners, 2-piece:
- Perforated worm screw belt with coupling piece, W4 (stainless steel 304) quality
- Quadra-Lock worm screw housing with coupling piece, 410 stainless steel (screw) and W4 stainless steel 304 (housing) quality.
Band Splices:
- W4 (SS 304) Quality
- Coupling pieces to connect clamping band together, so you can process residual length and use is much more economical
