IQ-Part Flanged Sealing Rings | NBR | 1, 2 or 3 mm Pipe Wall Thickness

 

Flanged sealing rings made of NBR / Perbunan are electrically-conductive and for a bead height of 6 mm. Depending on the pipe wall thickness, we supply the seal in 1, 2 or 3 mm versions for all standard nominal widths. Clamping rings for use with flanged sealing rings each possess only one clamping ring profile for all three pipe wall thicknesses of 1, 2 and 3 mm and are more efficient than conventional clamping rings. They offer greater resistance to penetration by dust and air, as well as a high level of resistance to heat, acids, oil vapours and fats.

 

 

The resistances stated are non-binding guide values. They must be checked by the customer or can be found in the more detailed elastomer manufacturer information. We wish to point out that in the case of flanged sealing rings the temperature ranges stated apply only to the particular material. The glued join of the flanged sealing ring is only resistant up to a maximum of +135°C.
